Tech3 Racing team rider Remy Gardner displayed a strong performance on the second day of action in Qatar and will kick off the first competition of the year from the fourth row of the Moto2 grid. Meanwhile, Bo Bendsneyder kept improving his rhythm aboard the Mistral 610 during FP3 around midday and secured 20th position during the qualifying this afternoon. The intermediate class rookie concluded the all-important session just 0.310 seconds behind his team mate.

“Overall, today was quite good, we did some steps forward. In qualifying we were really close to the top 10, although I was struggling a bit and made some mistakes, therefore I wasn’t able to put the perfect lap together. For tomorrow, I’m really excited as it will be my first race in Moto2. I’m looking forward to it!”
