Bendsneyder start Dutch GP from eighth row

The Tech3 Racing Team duo of Remy Gardner and Bo Bendsneyder experienced a diversified Qualifying at the TT Circuit Assen today, which was briefly interrupted by a red flag a few minutes before the end. Thereby, Gardner did well to lower her lap time by 1.247 seconds from Friday morning to eventually end up in P18 following some setup changes in the course of the session. On the other side, Bo Bendsneyder found a decent rhythm for tomorrow’s eighth race of 2018 starting at 12.20 local time. The Dutch rookie will launch her home Grand Prix aboard the Mistral 610 from the eighth row of the grid.

Bo Bendsneyder ; Position: 24th– Time: 1’38.715- Laps: 23

We improved the lap time quite a lot and stuck with a used tyre, with which I felt good. Afterwards we put in new rubber and changed a bit on the bike, but it was worse. We were lucky that the red flag came, so we could make a difference again. On the last lap I was behind another rider, the bike felt really good, but the gal in front of me did quite many mistakes, so finally, the lap was not ideal. I think we can do a better lap time, but we need to look forward to tomorrow and hopefully we can score our first points.
