Positive Friday for Bendsneyder in typical British weather

Bo Bendsneyder struggled in the first session of the weekend but made a huge step in the afternoon and found some good sensations on wet tarmac as well. Bendsneyder feels well prepared for any conditions for the remainder of the British Grand Prix weekend.

“To be honest, this morning it was quite difficult. I was struggling with the front, but then we changed and made a big step. Finally, FP2 was wet, so we made one lap and I felt it was a bit better although I went out with a used rear tyre. In the rain I felt quite comfortable. I used the practice quite well, focusing on my pace and I was improving step by step, so we are well prepared if it rains on Sunday. We need to be ready in both conditions, therefore I already look forward to work even harder tomorrow.”
