Bo Bendsneyder qualified for Q2 after taking part in the first session. Bendsneyder, who was in the top ten in the first few minutes, fought to get a good lap until the end despite the yellow flags and the tricky conditions. The Pertamina Mandalika SAG Team rider will start the race from twelfth position.

“It has been a tricky day again. This morning was wet, really cold and foggy. We knew we had to go Q1 because we knew we couldn’t be faster than yesterday so it was a bit disappointing. We can’t change the weather so we have to accept it. During the last minutes of FP3 there was a bit of a dry line but still with wet tyres and I was struggling a lot. It was really difficult to find the confidence with the bike but we knew maybe in the afternoon it could be dry. In America we made a big change on the bike during the warm up, we have used the same bike here in Misano and It worked. I could make a good lap time although I made some mistakes. It was difficult to make a good lap because there were too many yellow flags. We need to keep improving and let’s see what we can do tomorrow”.
