Bendsneyder will start from the seventh row on Sunday

Bendsneyder completes a tough qualifying day at the Valencian track. Since the beginning of the weekend our rider has struggled to find the feeling with the bike. After failing to qualify directly in Q2, he was forced to ride the first time trial. In the course of Q1 the Dutchman started leading the timesheets, being one of the fastest riders in the time trial. However, despite his remarkable improvement he was unable to make the cut to Q2. Bensdneyder is optimistic about the step forward he has achieved between free practice and qualifying. Finally our rider will start from twentieth place.

#64 Bo Bendsneyder – P20 –

“Today we made a big step forward. We’ve been taking small steps in a good direction all day Saturday. We are not in the position we would like to be but the good thing is that I feel confident going into tomorrow’s race. Yesterday we were a long way off but we have made a step forward and not in terms of a fast lap but in terms of race pace. I want to thank my team for the great job they have done these days, we are motivated for Sunday. We are ready to enjoy tomorrow!
