Bo Bendsneyder will start from the fifth row of the grid

Bendsneyder completes the day’s qualifying in fifteenth position. The Dutch rider started the qualifying from Q2. During the qualifying session the high track temperatures have been detrimental to the performance of our rider, due to the lack of grip. Bendsneyder will start from fifteenth place, looking with optimism to the future of the race with the recent sensations of the last podium in Austin.

#64 Bo Bendsneyder ( P15 )

“Today was a positive day, we improved a lot compared to yesterday especially during the morning where we made a big step forward. During FP3 my feeling improved and we made a direct pass to Q2. During qualifying the temperature went up a lot and we suffered with the grip on track. Overall it’s not the position we wanted to be in, but the most important thing is the work we have done since Friday. Tomorrow will be a long race with some high temperatures, we hope that tomorrow our effort will pay off.”
