“After Jerez I had surgery on my arm and I had one week to recover. I have to say that it was not so bad, I have strength in my arm. Anyway, it’s a lot of pain specially when I open the gas because of the stitches. The mobility of my right arm right now is a disaster so we’ve been working a lot to try to get more mobility on the right arm. It was only one week ago so it needs time. It was a strange day because we expected rain but at the end, we had two dry sessions. In the first session, there were some wet points on the track but I felt quite good. I did a long run just to make laps and understand the direction we had to go. In FP2 there was a lot of wind. We need to adapt a little bit. In the beginning I have struggled a lot but then when I came in, we had to clear that I had too much grip on the rear. The team did a great job to modify the bike really quick. After that I felt better. I was lucky enough to make the lap time in the right lap, because there were a lot of yellow flags at the end of the session. ( Bo was eventually 15th at the end of the session, but some riders got their time erased due to yellow flags in their fastetst lap) I’m happy to be finally in P10. Our target was to be in top 14. I want to say thanks to my team and we will keep working for tomorrow.”
