Bendsneyder completes the sixth race of the season in fourteenth position. Once the lights went out Bendsneyder managed to overtake several riders in the course of the first lap, despite being harmed by an incident in the first corner. From that moment on our rider fought relentlessly to reach the points positions. Finally, after two very close last laps, the Dutchman overtook his opponents and managed to add two points to his tally, currently with a total of 18 points.

“I had a great start, but unfortunately a crash in front caused us to lose time as we had to avoid the collision. From that moment on I focused on pushing as hard as possible until the checkered flag. The second part was not the best but we still managed to take two points. Compared to the results of two days ago I think we finished in a good position but we have to keep working. The good thing is, that in four days we are back again, so we can continue this line of progression.”
